| Another chapter is created in the annals of International Gas Union’s (IGU) history with the awarding of Presidency of IGU to Malaysia. For only the second time, an Asian country has been given the mantle of IGU’s leadership and with it, the privilege to host the premier global event within the gas industry. The 25th World Gas Conference, to be held in Kuala Lumpur, will be the culmination of the various studies and programmes undertaken during the course of the 2009 - 2012 Triennium, for the betterment and development of gas industry worldwide. |
